How do I navigate this store? Our store can be easily navigated by using the links on the left hand side of each page. Simply click on the white words to visit the different areas of our store that interest you.
How do I buy what I want? Underneath each product is the price. Directly underneath that is either an add to cart button, or one or two choice boxes on top of an add to cart button. If there are choice buttons underneath the price, simply click on the arrow to make your selection (or type in text when needed) for each choice button. Then click on the "add to cart" button. To continue shopping, simply close the shopping cart page and select another product. When you are through, click on the "secure checkout" button at the bottom of your cart and follow the steps given.
Can I safely use my credit card? Yes! We use PayPal for all credit card and e-check transactions. When you view your cart, or check out, you will be taken to a secure site to complete the transaction. I'm not comfortable with an online store. Can I order any other way? While our store is absolutely safe, we understand that many people are uncomfortable ordering online. Also, many people do not have a credit card or checking account. So, we accept orders by phone, fax, mail, and e-mail. You can e-mail your order to us, and we will provide you with a total and payment options. Or you can call us toll free at 877-LAB-FARM. If you would like to place an order through mail, or by fax, please use our contact information to do so. If you are not ready to order, you can contact us and request an order form. We will gladly mail or e-mail one to you.
How can I know more about a product before buying it? Each product has the word "Description" under it. Simply click on that and you will be taken to a page that gives complete details on each product. If you want any additional information on any of the products, please e-mail us, and we will be happy to provide you with any further information you desire.
Can I know what ingredients are in the treats? Absolutely! We list all the ingredients in all the treats. Simply click on the word "Description" under each treat. You will be taken to a page that offers a description of the treat with the ingredients listed at the end of the description. You can also view a list of all the treats we offer, as well as all the ingredients used for each one on our treats page.
How do I know you offer quality products? This business is owned by someone who loves and owns dogs of her own. Michelle has pledged to offer only the best qualityproducts and services through this business. You can read Michelle's biography to learn more about her. What happens if I am not happy with my order? We do all we can to make sure our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to know. We will do what we can to make you satisfied, and we will replace your order or refund your money according to our return policy.
